Polish Fest 2017!

It's 37 days to Polish Fest.
This year we've thrown off the shackles and struck off on our own. The Polish American Citizens Club has taken the charge and rightfully so. Peter Suchcicki, Eric Basile and I have left the PAC far behind and are forging ahead with Polish Fest. Calling ourselves the Friends of Pulaski Square. We continue to be a not for profit group who's purpose is to promote Pulaski Park, Polish Culture, History and Polonia in Massachusetts.
Polish Fest Boston is THE Premiere Festival on Polish History and Culture!

Each year we commemorate the Constitution of May 3rd 1791 which was the first Constitution in all of Europe.  Throughout her 1,000 year history Poland had given the world great heroes that fought for American freedom, serenaded us with her composers, taught us the world revolved around the sun and brought us many foods commonly found in everyday life.
Now in its 3rd successful year, we focus our celebration on Casimir Pulaski, a champion of the American Revolutionary War. It was he who founded the American Cavalry and fought successful campaigns again the British. On Boston Avenue next to the Polish American Citizens Club is Pulaski Park which is in the midst of renovation. All proceeds from the Fest will go to maintain the Park.
Join us at our Festival and taste fine Polish Cuisine. Listen to our Folk tunes. Learn about our history of being the first Constitution in Europe to enact freedoms for the common man. Dance the afternoon away to our effervescent Polkas. Above all, celebrate with us and celebrate Polish Pride. Sunday May 7th, 11-6pm at the Pulaski Park and the Polish American Citizens Club on 82 Boston Street Dorchester. Just a short walk from Andrew Square! Visit us at www.bostonpolishfest.com
